Ingredients:
• 2 cups Almond Flour
• 6 tbsp Arrowroot Starch
• 4 tbsp Golden Flaxseed Meal
• 2 tbsp Tapioca Starch
• 3/4 tsp Fine Salt
• 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 4 Large Eggs (I used 5 medium size eggs)
• 1/2 cup Whole Dairy Milk
• 1 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 4 tbsp Melted Ghee

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ACV, and melted ghee.
4. Fold wet into dry until a thick batter forms.
5. Pour batter into a prepared pan (I used a glass loaf pan lined with parchment paper for an easy pop out after baking).
6. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and firm.
7. CRITICAL STEP: Let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing to ensure the best texture. Since this is grain-free, it needs to finish “setting” as it cools. If you slice it while it’s still warm, the center will look gummy or wet, even though it’s fully cooked. Trust the process and wait for it to cool!❤️
