• Capsicum (Green) – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
• Bell Pepper (Red) – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

• Carrot – ½ (grated)
• Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
• Curd – ½ cup
• Pearl Millet (Bajra) – 1 cup
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
• Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
• Cumin or Carom Seeds – ½ tsp
• Ginger & Green Chilli – finely chopped, to taste
• Baking Soda – ¼ tsp
• Water – As required
• Desi Ghee – 3–4 tbsp
• Bread – 4 slices
• Garnish – Coriander & Sauce of your choice

• नमक – ½ चम्मच
• लाल मिर्च – ½ चम्मच
• हरा धनिया पाउडर – ½ चम्मच
• जीरा / अजवाइन – ½ चम्मच
• अदरक और हरी मिर्च – थोड़ा सा, बारीक कटा हुआ
• बेकिंग सोडा – ¼ चम्मच
• पानी – आवश्यकता अनुसार
• देसी घी – 3–4 टेबल स्पून
