Ingredients per serving:
– 5oz argentine red shrimp, raw
– 4 tbsp gochujang
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 4 oz kimchi
– 4 tbsp kimchi juice
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 large persian cucumber
– 1 tsp sesame seeds
– 12 oz kelp noodle
– 2.5 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp baking soda

How to make it yourself:
1. Thinly slice your cucumbers
2. In a bowl, combine gochujang, minced garlic, kimchi, kimchi juice, brown sugar, sesame seeds and sesame oil and mix well to make your marinade.
3. In a bowl, mix your kelp noodles with baking soda and lemon juice and let marinate for 10 minutes. Then rinse the noodles with running water and let it sit for 15 minutes before completely draining.
4. On a pan coated with spray oil on medium heat, cook your shrimp
5. In a bowl, add you kelp noodles, shrimp, and marinade and mix well.
6. Add your cucumber and enjoy!
