Salad Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers (300 g / 10.5 oz)
1 bell pepper
1 medium-sized red onion
1 medium-sized tomato
Feta cheese (150 g / 5 oz)
Pitted olives (150 g / 5 oz)

Salad Dressing Ingredients:
1 bunch of parsley
1 small avocado
3 cloves of garlic
Walnuts (50 g / 1.7 oz)
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons water
Juice of half a lemon

How to Prepare the Dressing: Blend all ingredients in a blender until a smooth sauce forms. The consistency can be adjusted by adding more olive oil or water.
