I tried 5 different tawa on induction to find the best tawa to make soft rotis on induction. Below tawa are tried and tested in the video:
1. Hard Anodised Tawa with induction base
2. Any Cast Iron Tawa
3. Any Honeycomb Triply Tawa
4. Non-stick Tawa with induction base
5. Any Sheet Iron Tawa – flat base would be better
