This soft and healthy homemade pizza is perfect for babies and toddlers. Made with sweet potato and oats flour, this recipe is nutritious, easy to chew, and a great finger food option for little ones.

This no maida, no oven pizza is a healthier alternative to regular pizza and perfect for baby-led weaning 💛

👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
• Steamed sweet potato (शकरकंद)
• Oats flour (ओट्स का आटा)
• Homemade tomato sauce (घर का बना टमाटर सॉस)
• Cheese (चीज़)
• Desi ghee / olive oil / butter (देसी घी / ऑलिव ऑयल / बटर)
• Pizza seasoning (पिज़्ज़ा सीज़निंग)

👣 Method:
1️⃣ Mash sweet potato and mix oats flour to make a soft dough.
2️⃣ Grease a pan with ghee and spread the dough like a small pizza base.
3️⃣ Cook covered on low flame until one side becomes lightly golden.
4️⃣ Flip the base, spread tomato sauce, add cheese and pizza seasoning.
5️⃣ Cover again and cook until cheese melts and pizza is fully cooked.
6️⃣ Cool completely before serving.
