Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp black salt (kala namak) + regular salt to taste
½ tsp red chili powder or black pepper
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil or mustard oil (optional)

Quick Steps:
In a large bowl, add boiled chickpeas.
Mix in all chopped veggies and coriander.
Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt, chili powder & lemon juice.
Add a dash of oil if desired and toss everything well.
