🧾 Ingredients (2 servings):

Chicken:
• Chicken – 300g
• Garlic – 1 tsp
• Honey – 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
• Olive oil – 1 tsp
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp

Potatoes:
• Potatoes – 300g
• Olive oil – 1 tsp
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Paprika – ½ tsp
• Garlic powder – ½ tsp
• Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp

Salad:
• Cucumber – 1
• Tomato – 1 small
• Onion – ½
• Lettuce leaves – 2
• Carrot – 2 tbsp
• Salt & black pepper – ½ tsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

👩‍🍳 Method:
1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients (30 mins)
2. Toss potatoes with spices + oil
3. Bake potatoes at 160°C for 15 mins
4. Add chicken skewers + cook 15 mins
5. Flip & cook 8 mins more
6. Mix fresh salad & serve
