Super Greens Broccoli Pesto
200g cooked broccoli florets
25g pine nuts
15g basil
30g baby spinach
2 spring onions
1 tsp garlic granules
4 anchovy fillets
40g parmesan
A splash of pasta water
Smoky Red Pepper & Harissa
2–3 roasted red peppers from a jar, about 180g
1 heaped tsp harissa
80g feta
1 tsp garlic granules
5 sundried tomatoes
1 small tbsp balsamic
1 tsp chilli flakes
Carrot & Miso
200g cooked carrots
1 tbsp white miso
Zest of 1 lemon
25g cashew nuts
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp onion granules
40g parmesan
A splash of pasta water
Blend until smooth, warm in a pan, toss with cooked pasta and serve.
