Ingredients
1 and 1/3 cup Whole wheat flour
170 gm Extra firm tofu
Directions
In a blender, add 1/4 cup water, tofu and pinch of salt. Blend to form puree. Add it to whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make a smooth dough.
Let it rest for atleast 45 min and the roll out balls, make roti and enjoy like regular roti.
