Gluten No Yeast No Egg Bread Recipe
2 cans chickpeas, 480 g (or 3 cups) drained weight, rinsed and very well drained
140 ml unsweetened plant milk (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons olive oil (about 30 ml olive oil)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
5 tablespoons water
140 g (1 cup) whole grain flour
30 g sesame seeds
2 1/2 tablespoons psyllium husk
12 g baking powder, 2 1/2 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Flavourful ingredients
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dill
Optional add-ins
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dill chopped
