🌿 Moringa Leaf Thovayal Recipe | Healthy South Indian Chutney 🌿

📝 Ingredients:
Oil- 2tbsp
Chana dal-1tbsp
Urad dal-1tbsp
Dry red chilli-3
Shallots- 5-6
Garlic- 4
Moringa leaves
Grated coconut-handful
tamarind-lemon size
curry leaves – 5-6
Salt- as per taste

1.heat oil in the pan and add chana dal,urad dal,red chilli,shallots and garlic

2.now add moringa leaves,grated coconut,tamarind and salt,Cook for 1-2mins

3.Let them cool down and grind coarsely

4.Enjoy with steaming hot rice and ghee.
