🥄 Easy Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or agave
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt
• 2–4 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional, for thicker texture)

To serve:
• fruit
• granola
• jam
• nuts

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
2. Pour into individual cups
3. Refrigerate overnight (or at least a few hours)
4. Top with your favorites and enjoy
