High Protein Macroni Salad

Let’s start with today’s recipe :
Ingredients
50 gm cooked Macroni
50 gm mix bell peppers
50 gm cucumbers
30 gm grated carrots
100 gm boiled black chana
60 gm toasted paneer
100 gm fat free yogurt
2 tsp vegan mayonnaise
Spices – salt as taste, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
3G peanuts chopped
Method :
1. Prepare the veggies and boil Macroni as per dorections on the packet
2. In a bowl, add mayo, yogurt and spices and give it a good mix using whisk.
3. Now add all the veggies, boiled chana, Macroni and give a good mix.
4. Spray some oil on a pan and add pinch of salt, pepper and oregano on it and brush properly. Add two slices on paneer and roast from both sides.
5. Serve the salad and top with paneer cubes and some peanuts to finish.
Enjoy this salad in your lunch or dinner. This is a perfect high protein Weightloss salad.
