🤗 Today was basically me eating my absolute favorite foods all day long.

🥞 Peanut Butter Protein Pancake Bowl:

🥣 Mix
– 30g Kodiak pancake mix
– 8g PBFit
– 10g ryse peanut butter protein powder
– 40g nonfat Greek yogurt
– 50g egg whites
– 30ml of fairlife milk
– 20g of reduced sugar craisins

🔥 Microwave in 30 sec intervals until cooked through.

🧁Top as you see fit, but I used:

– 100g of Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt
– 8g of PBFit
– a dash (or 4) of sprinkles 🤗

🍋 Lemon Meringue Pie CREAMi recipe:

1️⃣ Base
– premier protein shake in lemon bar
– ½ tsp xanthan
– 10g monk fruit
– pinch of salt

2️⃣ Mix-in
– 1/2 of a mini graham cracker pie crust

3️⃣ Toppings
– 1/2 of a mini graham cracker pie crust
– whipped cream
