High Protein Chilla 🥞✨
1. In a blender, add ½ cup soaked chana dal, ¼ cup soaked soya chunks (nutri), 1 whole red chilli & ½ tsp saunf, blend with water as needed to make a smooth batter.
2. Transfer to a bowl and add ¼ cup grated carrot, ¼ cup cabbage, ¼ cup purple cabbage, few curry leaves (chopped), salt to taste, ½ tsp red chilli powder & ½ tsp cumin powder. Mix well.
3. Heat a non-stick pan, lightly spray oil, pour a ladle of batter and spread like a chilla. Cook from both sides till golden.
