Ingredients
Base:
120g rolled oats
132g soft dates(pits removed)
30g almond butter @meridianfoods
20g omega seed mix
10g water
Chocolate topping
My homemade chocolate:
22 g coconut oil
18 g cocoa powder
18g powdered coconut sugar
Method:
1. Place all in ingredients into a food processor.
2. Pour out the mixture into a loaf tin.
3. Press gently with a spatula to get it flat and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
4. If mixing ingredients my hand, mash the dates with a fork first, then mix all ingredients together
Chocolate topping:
1. In a bowl melt the coconut oil.
2. Mix in cocoa powder well until smooth.
3. Add the powdered coconut sugar and mix.
4. Spread over the base until it’s all covered and place in the fridge until chocolate has set. (There will be left over chocolate if you use my homemade chocolate recipe)
5. Slice and enjoy!
