Today’s Video Title: Black Bean Salad Recipe | Priyanka Uppal

Ingredients:

2 Cups canned or boiled black beans
1 Cup corn (canned or frozen)
1/2 Chopped green bell pepper
1/2 Chopped sweet onion
1/3 Cup celery
1/3 Cup diced tomatoes
2-3 Tsps pink salt (OR sea/white salt)
Handful chopped cilantro

For Dressing

3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
chopped green chilies ( I used 2-3 Thai chilies. You can use any chilies/peppers – seeded or deseeded depending upon your preference)

Combine the ingredients – pour the dressing, add salt and mix well.
Garnish with cilantro and avocado slices.
