MEAL IDEAS ✈️⬇️

If you plan on eating out for every meal at your next vacation or work trip, the chances of you packing on the weight is VERY high..

But here’s how you’re going to create balance so that you can still eat out while traveling and at least maintain or lose body fat..

Let’s say you want to eat out every night ..you’re going to balance that out by making your breakfast & lunch,

So here’s 3 foods you can grab with meal ideas:

1. Chicken Bites : throw these over a bed of salad , add berries , and a light dressing
2. Protein Shake : you can have this by itself as a snack or combine it with breakfast
3. Rotisserie Chicken: 2 minute rice, and veggies , both of these sides are microwaveable.
4. If you’re staying somewhere that allows you to cook..eggs are always an excellent choice for breakfast with a side of fruit and Greek yogurt

These are super easy meals you can put together so you can spend more time exploring the new town while staying on track ✈️
