Cabbage Rice

🧡 Ingredients
200g cabbage
1 pack cooked rice
1/2 block tofu
Olive oil
1 green onion
1 tbsp gochugaru
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/3 tbsp sugar

💙 Directions
1. Thinly slice the cabbage.
2. In a pot, add the cabbage, cooked rice, tofu, and a drizzle of olive oil. Add a small amount of water, just enough to keep the bottom from burning. (The cabbage and tofu will release water, so don’t add too much.)
3. Cover and cook for about 6–7 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, mix chopped green onion with seasoning ingredients.
5. Top the rice with a fried egg if you like. Add some of the sauce, mix well, and eat it with seaweed.
