Mango season makes me want to put mangoes on everything and this might be one of my favourite combinations yet 🥭🥑✨
Ingredients:
1/2 mango (ripe)
1/4 small onion (chopped)
1 green chili (chopped)
1/4 small tomato (chopped)
1/2 lemon juice
2-3 strands fresh coriander
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
1 Avocado
1-2 slices bread (I’ve used multigrain sourdough)
How to make-
🔅In a bowl, add mango, onion, tomato, green chillies, corinder leaves, chilli flakes, salt, red chilli powder, lemon- mix well
🔅Peel the avocado and smash it. Add some onion and chilli flakes and mix well.
🔅Spread it over a toasted slice of bread and garnish the mango salad 😘
