Lehsuni masala aloo 🥔🧄💁🏻♀️
Garlic and potatoes, a heavenly match! This spicy and super tasty lehsuni aloo ki sabji is quick to make with just a handful of simple ingredients and is ready in under 20 minutes. Do give it a shot and let me know how you enjoy it:)
Ingredients:
To roast potatoes:
4 potatoes
1 tsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
For the masala:
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Handful of coriander leaves
1 green chilli
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
6-7 garlic cloves
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp amchoor powder
Other ingredients:
1 tsp mustard oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing
Salt to taste
Kasuri methi
Fresh coriander leaves
Method:
1. Pound together all the ingredients mentioned for masala.
2. Add oil in a Kadai, also add potatoes and salt, roast for 1 min and then cover and let it cook for 5 more mins, take out and keep aside.
3. In the same Kadai, add oil, cumin, hing.
4. Add in the masala and cook until it releases oil.
5. Add potatoes, salt, kasuri methi and 1/2 cup water, let it cook on low flame for 3-4 min.
6. Goes in kasuri methi and garnish with coriander leaves and that’s it 🙂
