In a grinder, Add
6-7 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger
1 Onion Roughly Cut
3 Green Chillies
Handful Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Black Peppercorns
2 Tbsp Water

Grind into a paste.

Now in a pressure cooker, Add
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 Bay Leaf
2 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
1 Cinnamon
1 Onion Finely Chopped

Cook onions till they are soft, then add 500gms Chicken.
Cook well on medium to high flame for 3-4 minutes, Then add
– Prepared green paste
– ⁠1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
– ⁠1 Cup Water

Pressure cook this for 3 whistles, Then Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve with naan, roti or paratha.
