• 1½ tsp instant yeast (≈5 g)
• 1½ tsp salt (8–9 g)
• 55 g seed mix (about ⅓ cup
Topping
• 15 g seed mix (about 1½ tbsp)
Seed Mix (70 g total)
• 30 g sunflower seeds (about 3 tbsp)
• 20 g sesame seeds (about 2 tbsp)
• 20 g flax seeds (about 2 tbsp)
Cup measurements are approximate—use 450 g flour for best accuracy.
Baking pan size: 8.5 × 4.5 inches (≈ 20 × 10 cm)
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes. Ovens vary, so check frequently.
