Easy and quick recipe , “Bread Hearts”
Today I am sharing a very easy and quick snack recipe which is not only a healthy breakfast but also for kid’s lunch boxes , “Bread Hearts”
It can also be served as a side dish in lunch or dinner and a tasty snack for tea time . It will be a good addition in your recipe book for Ramadan .
Let’s learn how to make this simple , easy and quick recipe at home :
Ingreadients :
• Bread slices 10
• Mince chicken 250 grams
• Cheddar cheese slice 1
• Egg 1
• Bread crumbs ½ cup
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder ½ tsp
• BBQ masala powder ½ tsp
• Oil for frying
Method :
• Cut bread slices in heart shape with a cookie cutter
• In a bowl add mince chicken , red chili powder , salt , bbq masala powder , cumin powder , coriander powder , cheddar cheese and mix well
• Take a piece of heart braed , spread mince chicken mix on it
• In a pan heat oil
• Dip heart bread in well beaten egg and fold in bread crumbs
• Deep fry from both sides in nice golden color
• Bread Hearts are ready….Happy Cooking
