VIRAL STEAK SALAD 🥗✨
Fresh, herby, and satisfying, this protein and fiber packed salad is perfect for meal prep or an easy lunch or dinner that actually keeps you full, with salty feta in every bite.

YOU’LL NEED:
-1 pound steak, cooked and diced (air fryer method: https://www.wellplated.com/air-fryer-steak/ )
-1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
-1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
-4 mini seedless cucumbers, sliced
-1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
-1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
-1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
-1/2 jalapeno, finely chopped
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1/4 cup olive oil
-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-2/3 cup feta optional

Toss everything together in a large bowl, adjust seasoning to taste, and serve. Easy, fresh, and seriously good.

TIP: Soak the red onion in water first to mellow the bite.
