“Healthy” lunch box ideas aren’t out of reach…. they just seem that way.
The examples I provide are based on what I feed my kids… You can’t apply them to your picky eater because your child’s reliable foods and challenge foods are different.
When I work with families, part of their ‘intake’ questionnaire includes these 2 questions:
👉list out all your child’s reliable/safe/favourite foods
👉list of your ‘goal foods’
We can’t get to your goal foods without using the reliable foods which is why I ask for a list of both!
Ready to not only tackle your mealtime problems but actually start seeing progress towards them? This includes sitting down (mostly) peacefully at the table…. no bribing and negotiating… one meal, not your pickiest eating chicken nuggets for the 3rd time this week (and it’s only Tuesday.) Flick me a DM and ask to book a discovery call where we’ll create a roadmap to your ideal mealtime.
Try this – comment some of your kids staple lunch box items and I’ll give you some ideas to make it ‘more healthful.’
