96/4 lean ground beef – 48 oz
Petite red gourmet potatoes – 680 g
Diced white onions – 400 g
Diced bell peppers – 800 g
Whole kernel fire-roasted corn blend – 1.75 cups
Fire roasted diced tomatoes – 1.75 cups
Light red kidney beans – 1.75 cups
Fat-free cheddar cheese – 1 lb
Fat-free cheddar cheese – 7 oz
Plain Greek yogurt – 300 g
Feta crumbled cheese – 40 g

Stage 1 ⬇️
Chopped up 24 ounces of tomatoes
Seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika

These are going into the oven 430 for 30 minutes

Stage 2⬇️
Cook 3 pounds of 96 four beef seasoned with
7 g chipotle seasoning
7 g taco seasoning
Halfway through
At 8 ounces of chopped onions
And 16 ounces of chopped peppers

Stage 3 ⬇️
Make your sauce
300g plain Greek yogurt
40g feta cheese
30g lime juice
7g garlic

Stage 4 ⬇️
your beef is done. Add the following.
One can hunt fire, roasted tomatoes
One can fire roasted corn, drain, drained
One canned kidney beans strained

Mix this up and let it simmer for five more minutes

Stage 5 ⬇️
it’s been five minutes. Add the following.⬇️

Add one bag of fat-free cheddar cheese
Add your protein sauce mix

Mix this together and placed into eight meal prep container containers just make sure all the meal preps weighed the same and you’ll be good to go

Refrigerator reheat time 2:30 seconds
Freezer had a little bit of water 5min
