Today’s Dinner: Tofu Soboro Bowl 
This tofu bowl came together in about 10 min with what I had in the fridge. Perfect for a light dinner, and even better when paired with fresh veggies like napa cabbage for ssam.

👩🏻‍🍳Tofu Soboro Bowl Recipe:
(inspired by Lee Young Ja’s)

•300g firm tofu
•Napa cabbage (or lettuce for wraps)
•1/4 onion
•1 stalk green onion
•1 chilli (optional, if you like it spicy)

sauce:
•1.5 tbsp soy sauce
•1.5 tbsp gochujang
•1 tsp perilla oil (or sesame oil)
•A little sugar
•A pinch of black pepper
•1 tsp minced garlic

1.Crumble tofu into a pan and cook over medium-low heat until most of the moisture evaporates.
2.Add chopped onion and green onion, and cook until softened.
3.Add the sauce and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
4.Serve over rice, or wrap with rice and cabbage.
