For today’s video I wanted to share a quick and easy meal idea! This is my go to meal especially after a good workout. I am using chicken breast as my protein source but feel free to exchange that with salmon or any other kind of meat. I am also mixing in sweet potatoes and some veggies to have some carbs and greens on the plate. If you are trying to bulk and put on some mass try this meal out!
