Tadka: 2 tsp Oil, Jeera, Kari Patte
Spices: Namak, Chilli Flakes, Chaat Masala
Toasting: Ghee ya Butter

Sabse pehle sabhi vegetables ko dho kar barik-barik cut kar lein.
Ek pan mein thoda oil garam karein, usmein jeera aur kari patta dalein.
Ab sabhi veggies ko halka fry karein, dhayan rakhein ki unka Crunch bana rahe.
Gas band karke namak, chilli flakes aur chaat masala mix karein aur veggies ko dahi mein mila dein.
Bread slices par dahi-veggie paste lagayein aur tave par dono side se crisp hone tak sekh lein.
