– healthy hummus –
30 ml aquafaba (chickpea water)
1 tin drained and rinsed chickpeas
2 tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 large lemon or more to taste
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp smoked or normal paprika
