Makes approx. 390g total
Ingredients:
– 150g sugar free cookies (Lotus style cookies work great too)
– 90g protein powder
(I used 40g vanilla whey + 50g caramel plant based protein)
– pinch of salt
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– tiny pinch of powdered ginger
– tiny pinch of nutmeg
– 200g sugar free almond milk, added gradually
✨ Tips:
– You can use only whey or only plant based protein.
– If using only plant based protein, you may need a bit more liquid.
– If using only whey, start with around 150g milk and add more gradually until you love the texture.
-Keeps in the fridge for up to 1 week.
