You can fill it with your favorite toppings. I loaded mine with a spicy avocado bean dip, salad, pan fried mushrooms, and a drizzle of sriracha.

Ingredients:

200g (7 oz) low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp chia seeds
50g (1.75 oz) cooked beetroot

Method:

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Let it cool slightly before peeling it off.
