High Protein Spinach & Corn Toastie 🥪

🍞Recipe :

* In a blender, add paneer cubes, milk, and cashews, and blend until smooth and creamy (sauce-like consistency).

* Heat a pan, add oil and 1 tsp butter. Add 2 cups chopped spinach and cook until all the water evaporates. Add 1/4 cup chopped corn and mix well.

* Pour in the prepared paneer-cashew sauce and mix everything well. Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix and cook until creamy and well combined.

* Take toasted sourdough loaf slices and pipe or spread the mixture on top. Finish with chilli oil (optional) and serve hot
