This almond chutney is very close in taste to coconut chutney. So, if your family loves to have coconut chutney for idli and dosa, try preparing this almond chutney for a change.

Ingredients

½ cup almonds (soaked overnight)
¼ cup roasted gram / pottu kadalai
Small piece of ginger
3 green chillies
½ ts each mustard seed and urad dal

1 red chilli
¼ ts hing
Few curry leaves
