Today I am sharing
traditional Indian bread
jowar roti or jwarichi bhakri.
or sorgum roti.
It is authentic Maharashtrian
recipe.
Jowar is very nutritious and
gluten free,that’s why very healthy
to eat .
try it..

Ingredients:

. Jowar (sorgum) flour
. water

Method:

. Add water in jowar flour
and prepare a soft dough.

. Knead it properly with palm.

. prepare dough only 2 – 3 roti
at a time.

. Take small portion of dough
and flatten it.

. Sprinkle dry jowar flour in plate
and put the flatten dough on it.

. Flatten dough gently with palm
as shown in video.

. Transfer it on hot tawa.

. grease little water on upper
surface of roti.

. Allow to roast it from both sides
on medium flame as shown in vido.

. When puffed properly remove from
tawa.

. Jowar roti or jwarichi bhakri is ready.

. Enjoy with any subji,curry,aamti..
