Crispy Moong Dal Namkeen 🌿✨

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup moong dal
• ½ cup peanuts
• ¼ cup cashews
• ½ tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• 1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil

Method:

1. Wash, rinse and soak the moong dal.
2. Steam it for about 30 minutes.
3. Add peanuts, cashews and all the spices. Mix everything well.
4. Spread on a baking tray.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 50–55 minutes, mixing in between every 20 minutes.

Air Fryer Method:
Air fry at 150–160°C for about 35–45 minutes in small batches, mixing in between.
