Pesto Calabrian Chili Eggs over sourdough toast
Here’s a perfect, healthy protein, breakfast or brunch to keep you full and fit all day!
1. 1 teaspoon oil
2. 3-4 eggs
3. 2 tablespoons pesto
4. 2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
5. 1 tablespoon Calabrian chili
6. Salt and pepper (feta is salty )
7. Sourdough toasted
1. toast sourdough in olive oil or butter.
2. Add oil to a pan on low heat .
3. Drop eggs in the middle of pan.
4. Drizzle pesto sauce around the eggs on to egg whites.
5. Sprinkle with a small pinch of salt and pepper if desired
6. Drizzle Calabrian chilis
7. You can cover with a lid to cook on medium low heat
8. Once the eggs have reached your desired consistency remove from the heat.
9. Slide on to sourdough toast
10. Optional garnish Calabrian chili if you can take the heat!
