its a great breakfast recipe for weightloss and it has lots of fibre in it for weightloss .it requires rava or sooji or semolina with cup of yoghurt or curd. and certainly vegetables of your choice. i have used onions and tomatoes only but you can use carrot or even capsicum. you will certainly love it with coconut chutney or garlic chutney or with your choice of chutney recipes.
