Making healthy brown scones
Recipe:
8oz wholemeal flour(I use hearts delight)
8 oz plain flour
1tsp of bread soda
1tsp cream of tartar
2tsp brown sugar
1tsp cinnamon
Fistful of any or all of the following: pumpkin-sunflower seeds,
Red lentils,
Pin head oatmeal,
Wheat germ,
Linseed.

1 cooking/sweet apple peeled and grated
1Tbsp of oil(I use extra virgin olive oil)
1 egg
Approx. 200ml buttermilk
