Ingredients:
• 1 banana, sliced into rounds
• Dried apricots
• Pistachios
• 1 cup organic dark chocolate chips (or dark chocolate wafers), melted
• 1 tsp coconut oil

How to Make:
• Slice the banana into rounds.
• Place a few pistachios on top of each dried apricot.
• Cover with a banana slice and gently press together.
• Dip each bite into melted dark chocolate mixed with coconut oil.
• Place on a parchment-lined tray.
• Freeze for about 40 minutes, or until firm.
• Enjoy straight from the freezer.
