Rava Chapati, a super soft and tasty flat bread recipe made with very few ingredients is a healthy breakfast variant served with curry or pickle
Ingredients
Fine Sooji/ Rava 1cup
Water 1cup
Oil 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Rice Flour for rolling
Method
Heat water in a vessel, add some salt and a few spoons of oil, cover the lid and allow it to boil
Pour in the rava by stirring continuously, switch off the flame and mix well
Transfer the dough into a bowl and make uniform sized balls
Dip the balls into rice flour and roll using a rolling pin
Fry it on a hot tawa by drizzling some oil
Serve hot with south Indian Peas Curry
