100 g Boiled Desi Chickpeas (उबले हुए देसी चने)
100 g Boiled Moong Sprouts (उबले हुए मूंग स्प्राउट्स)
100 g Paneer, grilled & cubed (पनीर)
50 g Cucumber, diced (खीरा)
50 g Tomato, diced (टमाटर)
30 g Red Onion, finely chopped (लाल प्याज)
30 g Capsicum, diced (शिमला मिर्च)
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander, chopped (हरा धनिया)
20 g Roasted Peanuts (भुनी हुई मूंगफली)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
Spice Dressing
2 tbsp Thick Curd (गाढ़ा दही)
2 tbsp Green Chutney (हरी चटनी)
1 tbsp Honey (शहद)
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
1 tsp Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला)
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
¼ tsp Black Salt (काला नमक)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)

🥗 Mediterranean Paneer Salad Bowl:
100 g Paneer, grilled & cubed (पनीर)
100 g Cucumber, diced (खीरा)
100 g Cherry Tomatoes, halved (चेरी टमाटर)
30 g Red Onion, thinly sliced (लाल प्याज)
50 g Lettuce, chopped (लेट्यूस)
20 g Black Olives, sliced (ब्लैक ऑलिव्स)
100 g Boiled Chickpeas (उबले हुए चने)
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley or Coriander, chopped (पार्सले या हरा धनिया)
Orange-Oregano Dressing
1½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (एक्स्ट्रा वर्जिन ऑलिव ऑयल)
2 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice (ताज़ा संतरे का रस)
1 Garlic Clove, minced (लहसुन)
1 tsp Dried Oregano (सूखा ओरिगैनो)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
1/4 cup seasme seeds
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)

Healthy Peanut Chutney
½ cup roasted peanuts (भुनी हुई मूंगफली)
2 garlic cloves (लहसुन की कलियाँ)
1–2 green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
1-inch ginger (अदरक)
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (ताज़ा हरा धनिया)
1 tbsp lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
½ tsp roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
¼–⅓ cup water (पानी) (आवश्यकतानुसार)

Tempering (Optional):
1 tsp cold-pressed oil (कोल्ड-प्रेस्ड तेल)
½ tsp mustard seeds (राई / सरसों के दाने)
½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
8–10 curry leaves (करी पत्ते)
1 pinch asafoetida (hing) (हींग)
