High Protein Beetroot Toast

📝 Ingredients (1 Toast)
For the Beetroot Protein Spread:
60g raw beetroot, sliced
40g tomato (2 slices)
35g red bell pepper, sliced
3–4 garlic cloves
1 dry red chilli
1 tsp olive oil (5ml)
50g High Protein Low Fat Paneer
30g hung curd
¼ tsp oregano
Salt & black pepper to taste
2–3 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)
For the toast:
1 thick whole wheat bread slice (40g)
Garnish:
Fresh coriander leaves
Chilli flakes
Oregano
Black sesame seeds
👨🍳 Method
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan and roast the beetroot, tomato, red bell pepper, garlic cloves and dry red chilli with salt and black pepper on medium heat for 8–10 minutes until soft and lightly charred.
2️⃣ Transfer everything to a blender. Add the High Protein Low Fat Paneer, hung curd, oregano and 2–3 tbsp water. Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
3️⃣ Toast the whole wheat bread until golden and crisp.
4️⃣ Pipe or spread the beetroot spread generously over the toast.
5️⃣ Finish with coriander leaves, chilli flakes, oregano and black sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
