⭐Ingredients:
• 1 cup soaked & boiled chickpeas (Kabuli chana)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp chaat masala
⭐Method:
• Pressure cook soaked chana with a little salt for 1-2 whistles.
• Drain completely.
• Spread on a cloth and let them dry fully (very important for crispiness).
• Add boiled chana in a bowl.
• Mix with oil + all spices.
• Toss well so coating is even.
• Add chana in air fryer basket (single layer if possible).
• Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
• Shake basket every 5–6 minutes for even crisp.
•If needed, increase to 200°C for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crunch.
• Let it cool completely (it becomes more crispy after cooling).
