Ingredients (1 serving)
1 cup fresh milk (250 ml, chilled or warm)
8 almonds (soaked overnight and peeled if desired)
8 pistachios
2 tablespoons roasted chana (roasted gram)
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds (lightly roasted)
1–2 cloves
1–2 teaspoons honey (add after blending)
2–3 ice cubes (optional, if using cold milk)
Instructions
Lightly roast the sesame seeds until fragrant. Let them cool.
Grind the cloves into a fine powder.
Add the almonds, pistachios, roasted chana, sesame seeds, cloves, and milk to a blender.
Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Add the honey and blend for another 10–15 seconds.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
