* 2 slices of bread
* 3 tbsp high-protein quark
* A handful of blueberries
* 1 tsp honey (optional, for toddlers over 1 year old)
* 1 egg
* A little oil for cooking
👩🍳 Method:
1. Trim the crusts from the bread slices.
2. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
3. In a bowl, combine the high-protein quark, blueberries, and honey. Gently mash the blueberries and mix everything together.
4. Spread the filling evenly over each flattened bread slice.
5. Roll the bread tightly.
6. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk well.
7. Dip each bread roll into the beaten egg, coating it completely.
8. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
9. Cook the rolls, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown on all sides and the egg is fully cooked.
10. Let them cool slightly, slice if desired, and serve.
