Here are the ingredients of this easy, healthy and delicious recipe are:
Multigrain Bread 2 slices
Vegetable Kabab Masala
Egg white 1
Roman coriander (kalonji) to sprinkle
Sesame seeds to sprinkle (optional)
Oil 1/4 tsp
Cut bread slices in round shape with the help of any cutter or any round thing. Apply vegetable kabab masala on slices. Apply egg white with the help of brush and sprinkle some roman coriander on it. In a pan, apply some oil with the help of brush and place the sandwich as shown in the video. Cook until masala sides turns golden and plain side gets brown.
Serve it as a breakfast or snack.
Veg kabab masala
Boiled potatoes, peas and carrots 1 cup
Coriander 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Green chilies 6-7
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
In a bowl, combine all the above ingredients and mix it well. Veg kabab masala is ready.
