How to make a healthy alternative to banana bread with no sugar at all. Blowy’s Banana Bread is easy to make and will only take 10 minutes to prepare.
The ingredients include:
Wholemeal flour – this can be replaced with any gluten free alternative
4 very ripe bananas
Desiccated Coconut
Coconut oil
Vanila essence
Honey
Walnuts
Baking Powder
2 eggs
Cinnamon
Strawberry Milkshake mix (optional)
Basically mix it all together and pop it in the oven for an hour and see what comes out. Amazing when you heat it back up with a bit of butter to accompany a cup of tea.
